7. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance.

• Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging we’ve received it. This is not confirmation of acceptance.

• Your order is accepted when its status changes to “Processing”

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before it’s processed.

8. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure online payment platform. You must be over 18 and use a valid payment card registered to your address (not a PO box or temporary address).

All card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If your payment is declined, we’re not liable for any delay or non-delivery.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations:
You can cancel your order any time before the restring service has begun. Once we’ve started work on your racket, cancellation may not be possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be refunded.

Returns/Refunds:
Products that have been serviced (restrung) cannot be returned unless we agree otherwise.
If returning an item, make sure it’s properly packaged and insured — items remain your responsibility until received by us.

10. Force Majeure (Breakages and Limitations)

While every restring is carried out with expert care, racket strings can break unpredictably — sometimes on the first hit or much later. This is normal and depends on many factors, so we cannot guarantee against early breakage.

We also can’t guarantee that a racket frame won’t break during restringing, especially if hidden damage already exists. If we notice any visible cracks before restringing, we’ll contact you before continuing.

11. Products and Variations

We aim to ensure that all product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate. However:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

• Product specifications might change due to supply issues or improvements.

We’ll always make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.

12. Prices

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

If a pricing error is found after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

13. Delivery

*Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and not guarantees.

• Working days are Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• Orders placed after 2:00pm or on non-working days will be processed the next working day.

• All deliveries may require a signature (or prior waiver for drop-off).

• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, you’ll need to arrange and pay for re-delivery.
