Delivery Information

At Restring Rackets, we aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following delivery options and terms before placing your order.

*Please note: The stated delivery times are the delivery providers’ “expectation of service” and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

General Delivery Terms

• A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

• All orders are dispatched on working days only. Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

• We do not dispatch or deliver on bank holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be dispatched on the next working day.

• Delivery times are subject to orders being placed before our daily cut-off time of 14:00 hrs.

• All delivery options require a signature upon delivery, or a waiver if the parcel is left at a designated drop-off location when no one is available to sign.

• RestringRackets cannot be held liable for any costs, losses, or delays arising from late or non-delivery of orders.

Returned or Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re-delivery. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery Limitations

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

• Inaccessible delivery addresses,

• The unavailability of someone to sign for the parcel, or

• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather, courier disruptions).

Specific delivery times or days cannot be guaranteed or arranged at any stage during the order process as we use third party postal agents and delivery times and dates are not within our control. All we can do is provide an ‘expected’ delivery timescale.
